Miles Harwood

Miles Harwood was brought up in the North of England and began learning the flute at age 12. While studying for a language degree at the University of London, he studied the flute with Rainer Schuelein at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He is currently Musical Director of the Roding Players Orchestra in Loughton, Essex, and the New Redbridge Wind Orchestra in Barkingside. Miles is a full-time civil servant but finds time to teach the flute privately and is a passionate supporter of Hartlepool United Football Club. |
